2011 .... busy year! OUF! here I am finally able to take a moment to breathe! hehe!
is that since 1 January ... Life is moving at 100 miles an hour!
our days and weeks are busy!
After taking a break this fall to deal exclusively with Leah, I took courses at the university in order to obtain a master's degree in project management. As I took off a session, this session I am taking 2 courses! To catch me! Being on maternity leave will allow me!
I also included a course of cardio-aerobics! Just for me ... 45 minutes in water to make my heart beat! To let off steam ... to take care of me! It will fit
soon for swimming lessons which begin in February Lea .. she and I go once a week to discover the pleasure of the pool!
2011 is also the year to find my body! Breastfeeding completes ... I feel .. my production is reduced by an extent that I can provide that for the first drink of the day ... It is time to resume a more healthy food and to remove the extra pounds that have stuck to my hips and buttocks and my thighs!
Having decided to resume the program Minçavi, I spent the last 2 weekends to plan and prepare good meals for the family. Everything is divided into portions in the freezer! It makes me also easier for the evenings of course ... we chose a main course and just prepare some vegetable side dish and voila!
Finally, we began an active search for day care for Leah. We seek a place for August. We first visit dailleurs care center this morning ... a good first visit, but I do not think this is the place where we send Lea ... we visit another place Monday morning and then continue our calls!
I believe that 2011 will be another beautiful big year ... filled with small joys ... and great adventures! We already offer hope to Leah's announcement a little brother or sister for Christmas next .. so I have until fall to get back in shape! GoGoGo!
