Getting Married In The Alhambra in Granada .... Getting Married Alhambra

The Moorish palaces of the Alhambra are a favorite promenade for newlyweds in Granada for their photo sessions. Especially in spring and summer, when the gardens reach their peak of beauty and reflect the magic poetry of these premises.
Tomorrow, if the weather allows it, I will take some pictures of the Parador de Granada , a small former XVth century convent built inside the Alhambra which makes your stay very special.

tomorrow if time permits, I'll take pictures at the Granada Parador , an ancient convent of the fifteenth century, built in the gardens of the Alhambra, which makes it an idyllic place for a dream holiday to Grenada.

Simple breakfasts romantic (part 2)

I Had lots of fun this sunny breakfast Preparing Which The rain inspired me. What's better than a bright touch of orange to fight the gloomy rainy days ? Again, everything is kept very simple in this setting. You just need to find a bit of time to make the cut out hearts, place a strip of white paper around the cakes. I pasted little orange ribbon flowers on the hearts and paper. The flower pot is wrapped in white paper on which I wrote : T u es le soleil de ma vie , you are the sunshine of my life. And on the mugs too, I placed a mini leaflet adorned with the same ribbon flower. One card says : Amour toujours ....Love always and the other says : Tu es mon soleil ...You are my sunshine.....

Je me suis beaucoup amusée à préparer ce petit déjeuner sunny rain that inspired me. What's better than a touch of orange to fight against the gloom of a rainy day? Again, this is a very simple decor. You just find a little time to cut out small hearts of white paper, wrap the cake of a beautiful little strip of paper. I glued small flowers carried on in the hearts of the tape and paper strips. The flower pot is wrapped in white paper on which is written: "You are the sunshine of my life." On the cups, a small card decorated with the same small flower say one or the other: "Love always" and "You are my sunshine" ...

A few days ago, I received a very nice email from a lady who lives in the south of France. She's seen the little notebooks I made for Haïti and asked me if I could use the same design to make special cards for her lady friends. She's celebrating her 50th birthday and besides having a big party with family and friends, she's having a girls only party and would like to give something simple, feminine and unique to her friends. No need to say that I was thrilled by the idea! After exchanging a few mails, we came up with the idea of personalizing each card with an extract of a poem or a text which would be meaningful for the recipient. I inserted a satin ribbon on both sides so that the person can tie it beautifully and keep it flat on a desk or vanity or she can leave it standing open so that the text inside is visible.
I liked the idea so much that I think I will make a few for my etsy shop.

Récemment, j'ai reçu un email très sympathique d'une dame habitant dans le sud de la France qui a vu les petits carnets pour Haïti and asking me if I could use the same design to make personalized cards for her friends. It celebrates its 50th anniversary and in addition to hosting a great evening with family and friends, she is also a party at hand, just from girls. It would therefore offer our friends a little something that is simple, feminine and personal. Of course, I was enchanted by this idea! After exchanging a few emails, we agreed to personalize each card with a line from a poem or literary work that would have special meaning to each of her friends. I put a satin ribbon on both sides card for the tie nicely to leave the show on a small desk or vanity. Alternatively, the card can be placed upright and opened so that the text is visible.
I think the idea is so nice that I will make some designs for my etsy shop soon.

romantic breakfasts (part I)

As February is the month of love with Valentine's coming soon, how about getting in the love mood and saying I love you to your loved one, when the day begins ? I call this series : simple romantic breakfasts because the ingredients are basic and simple. Only the making of the paper accessories requires a bit of your time the day before. Here we have a simple breakfast of fresh grapes, strawberries with sugar cane, yogurt and a traditional Andalusian tart made with olive oil and delicately perfumed with anise seeds.

I made the little garland by cutting double triangles in a stripe white paper and gluing them on a thin satin ribbon. The letters Je t'aime are written EACH one triangle.

The white paper hearts are cut out in The Center and Attached To The Handle Of The Same With The cup satin ribbon. I fixed a tiny branch of mimosa Through the hole and I tucked a grape Inside the ribbon knot. The letters You and I are Written on the Heart.

February is the month of love, so why not say I love you early in the morning at breakfast? I called this series: Breakfast simple and romantic, because the ingredients are simple and ordinary. Only the realization of paper accessories requires a bit of your time, the day before. At this breakfast menu : The beautiful white grapes, strawberries, sugar cane, yoghurt and cakes prepared with typical Andalusian olive oil and delicately scented with anise seeds.

I made up the garland by cutting small triangles for doubles in a strip of paper. The triangles are then glued onto a thin satin ribbon and I love you letters are written on the triangles.

Hearts paper are perforated in the center to attach to the handle of the cup with the same satin ribbon. A sprig of mimosa is inserted into the puncture and I have set un grain de raisin en le plaçant à l'intérieur du noeud. Les deux coeurs forment les mots Toi et moi .

I know Valentine's should be an intimate affair but wouldn't it be great to have a big Valentine's dinner with friends in this superb romantic dining room? I discovered it while visiting El Carmen de los Chapiteles last week, a very nice property at the foot of the Alhambra which you can rent for any kind of celebration. I know Valentine's Day is preferably in the privacy but also a good opportunity to meet with all her friends. I'd love to invite my friends in this magnificent reception room that I discovered last week, visiting El Carmen de los Chapiteles , a beautiful property at the foot of the Alhambra, which is rented for any type of celebration.
