Yeah, no diet! Everyone did the right resolution to lose weight, follow a particular diet ... In January, the books of this or that regime come in the window, pubs cream or pill that this increase. It's the new year, I change my body blah blah! And bin
not me! I am rebelling. Me, I go to the Bookstore, I take a diet book, and I leaf through the lips in the sourrire Syrota white chocolate latte with whipped cream! And as we speak, between two sentences, I eat ice cream with mango. Not a mango sorbet, a mango ice cream!
And I have not ben magnified!
I eat lots of vegetables organic, I eat no meat at every meal (because always chicken / beef / pork / bison, AC tired) and I find my vegetables fantastic!
By cons, does not deprive myself and eat whatever I want because I'm less hungry than before. As kids build on that fantasy was being denied sweets myself I do not refuse me anything, so I have no big fantasy (food).
And when it undertakes not to make that regime perceives the media pressure / commercial. It's almost hard to find products with sugar and aspartame-free stuff!
