My ceiling spiders
Well, I like spiders. Did you know?
I have "daddy long legs" around my house (it is these spiders has great pasta-wire and all piti body, completely harmless). I also jumping spiders but I see little in recent times ....
For those who wince, know that I have friends who have small scorpions, rattlesnakes and black widows possibly at home, so I'm doing well).
short, I have a daddy long leg in my bathroom.
Yesterday I took a shower and there were two spiders close to one another on the ceiling, one bigger than the other. I said ... want, they will do things while I shower? Serious? Or will the big eat the small? (There was also a moment of questioning: "Is that the spiders breed preferably spring
???). So I took my shower squinting at the ceiling. It was like in Loft Story .
But ultimately, they are distant from each other, then I'm part too.

And in this photo (which I'm very proud because it's going super fast and I was not expecting it ...), Shamu jumps with the coach on the mouthpiece. Ooooooh !!!!!
Note: Shamu did not open his mouth. Otherwise, it would do: "Oooooooh! * Crunch * Han! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!". But no, just Oooohh ... that's not bad.

I attended a workshop last weekend, the ratio between female and male ....
my privacy and my life are a bit to me like the relationship between the Feminine and Masculine: The first anime, the second structure, the first taking care, secures second .... And why is this in a couple or each of us is always the same ... I think he!
A female excess and life goes in all directions! A male
too hard and instead it will run out of life!
Each must know his limitations, who he is, what it can do and leave its place to another when necessary.
Questioning is permanent. When one moves, the other must adjust.
One can develop without the other? One is more important than the other?
What about regulation between personal and professional life?
not always easy to respect both to their full potential. ...
In my case right now, I have trouble defining the two .... Besides, do I really want to do?
When I go to my yoga class, it's pro or Me? And when I run in is it??
My personal experiences are always my business and vice versa ... ....
I read the text of Olivier and I immediately relayed some ideas in my classes, used some words ...
So the question arises: When we are in a deep process of self-realization n 'This is not the unity we seek?
My answer today is yes.
To me, we create our life and make it a unit of execution.
There is no limit, we become one with what we create .... And we create constantly, morning, evening, day, night, at work and at home ... .. The brand
coaching is a valuable tool that allows me to go to that unit ....

Heather Harmon In Public?
Pride and Prejudice
Pride and Prejudice is primarily a romance. Written by Jane Austen between the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. The best-known novels of Jane Austen has all the elements of a good (excellent show) romantic comedy. Whether it is about feelings and relationships (see disdain hatred turns into love, mistaken identities, friendships, secrets) or even on the sets (English country town, numerous castles, small and great nobility, balls). But beyond all these classic elements if they become cliches, which makes this novel a reference is the richness of the characters, the lightness and spontaneity of style. "Pride and Prejudice" is these books have found the perfect blend of description and action and prompt you to turn the next page, regardless of time or how tired. The narrative style allows you to dive into the thoughts of each character, primarily those of the main character, Elizabeth Bennet, but at a lower dose of the other characters. The reader gains a vivid scene in which each protagonist, not just the two heroes, played his role perfectly.
For those electronic format and the original English version does not disgust, here's a link to find it in electronic format.
I will discuss any of the frames of the book, preferring to leave you the pleasure of discovering this masterpiece, but nevertheless mention the portion me most: the letter from Darcy to Elizabeth. This letter is a gem, which in itself alone justifies reading the book.
Pride and prejudice has been repeatedly adapted for television (TV movies and series) and film. I have only seen the 2005 film, starring Keira Knightley as Elizabeth Bennet and Matthew Macfadyen in the Fitzwilliam Darcy.
course, a film can never recreate what is in a novel. What the paper left the interpretation and imagination is often frozen on film. Of course, it is not possible to reduce the novel to a film in less than two hours away and some characters are amputees, faded or even exaggerated.
However, I can only praise the work of director and director-en-scene. They kept the essence of the book. The rare and necessary changes do not affect the overall story. The main actors play their roles to perfection. And to put everything together in perfect harmony, music by Dario Marianelli (inspired in part by Purcell) has support very well Romanticism. As I was told someone recently, this film has it all.
So if you have not already done so, run on amazon to order the book, film, CD ...

This work is aimed at all those who seek truth through the body.
It requires no special physical dance as well beyond the technique is foremost body awareness.

Gothic Sweet 16 Party Ideas
My big resolution for 2008
I know, we're almost in May ... but do not worry: I started my resolution in January!
And my resolution is ....
NO RULES !!!!!
Yeah, no diet! Everyone did the right resolution to lose weight, follow a particular diet ... In January, the books of this or that regime come in the window, pubs cream or pill that this increase. It's the new year, I change my body blah blah! And bin
not me! I am rebelling. Me, I go to the Bookstore, I take a diet book, and I leaf through the lips in the sourrire Syrota white chocolate latte with whipped cream! And as we speak, between two sentences, I eat ice cream with mango. Not a mango sorbet, a mango ice cream!
And I have not ben magnified!
I eat lots of vegetables organic, I eat no meat at every meal (because always chicken / beef / pork / bison, AC tired) and I find my vegetables fantastic!
By cons, does not deprive myself and eat whatever I want because I'm less hungry than before. As kids build on that fantasy was being denied sweets myself I do not refuse me anything, so I have no big fantasy (food).
And when it undertakes not to make that regime perceives the media pressure / commercial. It's almost hard to find products with sugar and aspartame-free stuff!

Today, Chief Pegleg presents: Bruschetta with Pegleg.
Ingredients:
- 1 / 2
lawyer - 1 / 2 bell pepper
- a slice of feta
- 6 slices of bread (approx.)

salad - balsamic vinegar
For 2 servings ...
Make toast the bread slices.
Cut avocado, peppers and feta cheese into small cubes. Put in a bowl. toss gently to avoid garbling the feta (band of thugs! Cooking is art, my zamis).
Have a
using a pitites cueilleres mixture over bread slices and arrange on two plates. Add the salad on the side. Run a little balsamic vinegar on the salad and bruschetta. Serve as the bread is warm (go, hurry up, stop taking pictures !!!).
